The Atomic Energy Commissioner, Mr. Abdelhamid MELLAH, took part from 14 to 16 September in the seventieth (70th) regular session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), held from 14 to 18 September at the Vienna International Centre (VIC), Austria. The Algerian delegation was headed by Mr. Mourad ADJAL, Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies.
On the sidelines of the General Conference, the Commissioner for Atomic Energy held bilateral meetings and talks with COMENA’s partners. He also signed, on behalf of Algeria, the Framework Agreement establishing the African Network of Research Reactors, bringing together 07 African countries.
